We (11 of us) celebrated Christmas in this wonderful (really attractive) home…cousins, grandparents, sisters and spouses, and had room to all comfortably hang out together playing games, and cook together and the spacious and well planned floor plan allowed us to get away from each other 😉
Close to downtown and campus.
Provisions were perfect, comfy beds and furniture, super clean!
Lovely communication with the host!

Accommodations are roomy and perfect for a large group! Yet, everyone had privacy when they wanted it. Very well stocked with necessities and very clean! We will stay there again for sure next "family" game day!

Our party had 11 people and there were plenty of rooms, comfortable beds and bathrooms for all of us. The property was clean, stocked, stylish and had two washer/dryers. We had a comfortable stay, thank you.

The house was so clean and perfect for our 15 people party. The owner Sallie was the best at accommodating. This was the best service I’ve seen when renting any space. Sallie was very quick to respond and was flexible to our needs. I would definitely rent this space again if I come to Austin.

The house was large, very clean and nicely stocked with some necessities. It was close to the University of Texas, 6th Street, and Rainey Street.

Everyone loved how beautiful and comfortable the home was. The beds were clean and comfortable. We loved it.

This was a great place to stay for 12 guys on a bachelor party. We split up the kings bed to 2 people each, queens to 1 person each and then air mattress that they provided and couches. We had a slight hiccup during check in, but communication was very welcoming and we were able to fix the problem fast! I would definitely recommend this place for big groups and multiple cars. We brought 3 cars and probably could have fit 3 to 4 more in the massive driveway.

This property was great for our group of 13 visiting for a bachelorette party. Very clean, modern space with plenty of space for all of us. Sallie was very helpful and responsive before and during our trip. The location was within 10 min of everything we wanted to do. I'd definitely recommend it for any groups visiting Austin!

Huge place accommodated 8 and could easily fit more. Great location, we walked back after a concert at the moody center and avoided uber fees and traffic!

Went with a group of 13 - 9 women and 4 men (no couples) and we all absolutely loved our stay! The unit itself was super modern and clean, decor was super cute and the 6 bedrooms were huge - I think majority had king beds so we didn’t even need the air mattresses.
All the girls took over the top floor and the men took the other two bedrooms so it was perfect for our group.
Sallie was an amazing host and the property was beautiful, every casual picture we took turned out so cute!
Location was nice as well, not far from all the desired spots but far enough that we had some peace and safety.

Wonderful home! We had 15 people and were so pleasantly surprised with how nice this home was! Plenty of room for everyone! Check in was so easy’. Would highly recommend this to anyone!!!

Great property that's centrally located in. Lots of private space given all the bedrooms. The property manager was really responsive and even shared several recommendations prior to our arrival.

Stayed here two nights with 5 friends for a weekend trip to Austin. The place was wonderful - good location, premium amenities / finishings, lots of space. We didn't cook but the kitchen was well stocked. Only thing was the proximity to highways could be a bit noisy at night - but everyone still slept well and overall we all had a blast. Would recommend and stay here again!

This house was super clean and had everything I needed. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions I had. If I need to attend an event on the UT campus I would definitely stay at this property.
