Overall our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable. The property's shining gem, was its large beautiful pool. It was good sized, with a nice deep end and the temperature of the pool was like bath water. The sail offered comfortable shade, the outdoor furniture was in good condition and the pool toys and floats were just enough. The bikes in the garage were an extra special perk of the property that we thoroughly enjoyed along with the vast amount of chairs and items for the beach. Sometimes thermostats of properties cannot keep up, but the interior was nice and cool at all times even with the hot temperatures. The interior of the home offered a very nice clean kitchen, numerous sleeping options and 3 bathrooms, which was a good number for our group of 7. The kitchen was clean and seemed to be recently updated and well outfitted. It was a 5 minute drive to a Walmart which was very convenient and the neighborhood was quiet. Our cons to the property were that the temperatures of the showers were extremely difficult. You would have to adjust it for quite a while before getting the temperature you were hoping for and even then, it might change while in the shower. The furniture in the living spaces and the bathrooms need an overall update. They were quite worn and didn't seem clean because of it. The bedrooms were well furnished and seemed clean. The host was very responsive and helpful and responded to any question or needs we may have.

We recently stayed at Amy’s home for a month and loved it. It has a comfortable open layout with a nice kitchen area. The beds and bedding are comfortable with no excess fragrances. The house had all the amenities that we needed, including things for the beach and bikes.The pool area is fantastic. It has nice lounging and dining areas. The pool is regularly maintained. We loved the quiet neighborhood that has large trees. A huge plus is the backyard abuts the Pinellas trail. The beach is so close we could easily shoot over for the beautiful sunsets. We hated to leave and hope to go back. This home does not disappoint!

Fantastic home. Lots of space to spread out. Fantastic pool. Close to the beach. Easy to get in contact with property owners. Would absolutely stay here again.
