Si tratta di una casa privata con ampi spazi esterni e molto panoramica. L immobile, totalmente ristrutturato, è molto curato nei suoi particolari ed è composta da un unico ambiente con cucina ben attrezzata e zona relax con comodo divano; una camera da letto matrimoniale con TV e accesso alla terrazza frontale della casa ed un bagno completo con doccia. La caratteristica di questa casa è la soffitta a volte in pietre ed è circondata da meravigliosi giardini attrezzati con tavoli, poltrone, sedie a sdraio e piscina. Casa delle Meraviglie è situata nei pressi della caratteristica frazione di Torello , un piccolo borgo con antiche tradizioni; infatti camminando tra le piccole stradine, si possono incontrare contadini con abiti tradizionali che rientrano dalle loro fattorie portando ceste di limoni, di verdura, di vino e di fiori mantenendo ancora vivo il ricordo del passato e la vita nelle loro fattorie. Raggiungere l'appartamento è molto semplice. Dopo aver parcheggiato l auto, su strada pubblica, per raggiungere la casa bisogna salire circa 103 scalini e scenderne poi circa 40 tra esterni (16 gradini) ed interni la proprietà (24 gradini) Il centro di Ravello è raggiungibile tramite auto o in alternativa percorrendo le caratteristiche stradine (circa 480 scale, 10/15 minuti circa). Possibilità di raggiungere il centro di Ravello anche tramite bus locale. La fermata del servizio navetta interno per raggiungere Ravello centro in 5 minuti è a circa 200 metri. Ristoranti e negozi sono nel centro di Ravello a circa 2 Km. Per chi ama passeggiare i paesi di Minori, Atrani e Amalfi possono essere raggiunti a piedi attraverso diversi sentieri.
