We're group of family with 7 members. No room available 1R 2B when we arrived there the fact that I have confirmation from booking. Prohibited to use pool. Parking fee is so expensive. No consideration. DISGUSTING experienced with SHELL RESIDENCES C15. NOT RECOMMENDED TO OTHER PEOPLE. THANK YOU.

Location was near Mall of Asia as advertised

I booked duplex room suitable for 5 but on arrival they told us the only room available was a single room which was only suitable for 2. Another room was found but it had a broken television and air conditioning. The first room had unwashed laundry in the bathroom .

Just walking distance to (MOA) Mall of Asia.

This is a money making Establishment. While booking I chose apartment with two rooms, a living room and parking to accomodate my whole family and my vehicle, however during check-in I was really disappointed when the agent told me that the room was studio type and separated. my whole family was separated with different rooms, the worse case is that parking was not included and i have to pay 1500 for a daily parking-outside the residence. The guest don’t have access to the pool unless you book the ticket 2 days in advance. I will not recommend this Establishment to anybody. You will loose your temper easily how the staff dealing with the guest.

I only gave this a 2 star, but that was for convenience only. Everything else 1 star. First I was canceled my reservations 3 hrs before my planned checkin time. But they did offer another place. When I did arrive there seemed to be some confusion and my condo room wasn't ready. They said they were cleaning the room. Later finding out that that were relocating people not cleaning. I told them we just wanted to drop off our bags because we were heading to a concert at MOA. When we we escorted to the room. We waited while the previous family was escorted out. Awkward. The room was small, smelled and wasn't perfectly clean. The only benefit was the location. Good luck if you rent here

Perfect place super clean. Top security. And very nice people around.

The room is not clean, it’s infested with cockroach. dishes were not clean. The sheet seemed to be not washed as they don’t smell pleasant. Parking was not included and was not mentioned prior to booking confirmation. they also need to mention that use of swimming pool is not included as well.
