Hotel Sevinch

Fine hotel to stay one night while waiting your flight. The breakfast was fine, delivered to the room which is convenient. We were allowed to check in earlier, which is very helpful. There are some shops and good restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are quite small, so would be difficult to stay longer, but for one night it is just fine. The hotel didn't reply on booking request in time, but they allowed us to check in earlier, which is what we asked for.

The bed was comfortable.

The room we were initially provided was not clean -- hair on the bed, used slippers on the floor, residue of balloons hanging from the ceiling and walls. We did not want to stay in the room. Only when we threatened to cancel our reservation for a refund were we provided with an acceptable room (though the new room had an entrance on the street instead of the protected inner courtyard). Breakfast was quite expensive (100k som) so we didn't get it. Location was not that convenient. Also, when we were being shown our room, the staff opened the door to a room that was already occupied and disturbed the guest inside.
