The location was good, tucked away in a decent neighborhood. We were switched from one unit to another one at the last minute which was fine. They both seemed similar to each other. Communication with the rental representative was very positive and she was extremely responsive. Nice to have a combo washer and dryer in the unit. Overall not a bad property just could use a few tweeks to make it better which I have detailed below.

I took pics but nowhere to share. Cleanliness needs help…refrigerator had dirt and a big hair on one shelf when we arrived. Cabinets needed a good wipe down as they were pretty grubby. The bathroom vent was covered in dirt overhead and lots of mold was growing on the ceiling above the shower. A huge patch of mold was coming through all the paint. Need a bigger garbage can if someone is staying for 5 or 6 days. I went and purchased my own large size bags as all we had were tiny ones. Need more dishes, I think we only had 3 of each. It might be a good idea to have a few more. A big issue is at night the spotlights on the property don’t go off and the next door neighbor has their entire backyard lit up with string lights so the unit is very bright and never gets dark. That was a huge issue for me as I need some sort of darkness to sleep. This would probably stop me from returning again. Bed was ok, not great but ok.
