BIG DISAPPOINTMENT: Would rate this a negative 10 if able. We had been looking forward to living in this unit for our vacation because of its convenient location but this it turned out to be a disaster. Here are some of our concerns; - the working AC in the first floor is attached to a makeshift wall covered with insulation material peppered with packing tape (we wonder if this even follows building code). It did not feel safe. - The non working AC on the first floor BR that was concealed with a piece of cloth (which of course fell) has all the exposed wires hanging and we worried that part of it might fall on us - The first floor toilet: the cabinet door is broken and hanging and we were concerned it will fall off on our feet. The sink and shower stall were not clean as there was soap scum all over. The soap dish had residual soap from previous renters. There was a half bottle of scotch under the sink. The toilet smelled moldy. - Upstairs bathroom: very foul odor that seeped into bedroom. There was a leak in the shower stall flooding the whole bathroom floor. We were concerned that we will slip. Did not seem that it was cleaned. The previous renter’s used soap was still in the soap dish. It also seemed moldy. There was soap scum all over the sink and shower stall. - Upstairs bedroom: door hard to open and close. The non working wall AC had all the wires exposed and we were concerned that part of it will fall on us (just like the first floor AC) - There is still old moldy ground coffee inside the coffee maker. Please see attached pictures. Could only attach 4 but there are more! The owner did offer to make some repairs but we did not think it can be done in a timely manner. This caused us a lot of anxiety, inconvenience and additional financial burden trying to find alternative accommodations. We were already tired from a long flight and had to deal with this hardship upon arrival.

location was good for me as it was close to where I needed to be - fibre broadband

All things you hope to have when booking a property, cleanliness, good order, facilities, good shower, comfort, good furnishings - This property has none of them. avoid booking this apartment - extremely overpriced, it’s so bad that even the cockroach I found in the shower had died and they can pretty much survive anything.

good value and space. good location to the BCG area.

the check-in location is not clear, we waited for the host for over 45min in the wrong block lobby for the keys, unable to contact the host by phone or messaging. Highly recommend to make sure you get the contacts and logistics before arrival. the bathroom is a bit unclean and have some smell.

walking distance to many restaurants

the property is new to the market, we’re the first who stayed there since it’s open. the staff who dealt with me was honest he told me that the property was not quite ready but it’s getting there, bit noisy coz it’s in lower floor of the building so it’s close to the street but I don’t mind it coz it’s very safe.
