The food was very good, staff was helpful. The location was exceptional. Despite being three hotels next to each other, it wasnt crowded. We enjoyed the holiday very much.

Disappointing stay – falls far short of 4-star standards
While the location and wellness facilities are nice, our overall experience was very disappointing. The hotel feels outdated, neglected, and does not deliver the quality you expect from a 4-star property.
Pros:
Great location right next to the beach.
Excellent wellness area with multiple pools.
Responsive staff: Reception immediately upgraded us after we complained, and the manager apologized with a cocktail voucher the next day.
Cons:
Unacceptable first room: We were initially given a dark, noisy room with clogged drains and zero soundproofing that definitely does not meet 4-star standards.
Outdated and worn facilities: Even in the upgraded room, furniture was chipped and worn, beds were unusually short (~180 cm), the shower leaked due to degraded silicone, and room accessories were falling apart.
Poor dinner quality: While the buffet offered variety, the dinner was flavorless and relied heavily on cheap frozen food (like frozen fried artichokes and falafel).
