The location is unbeatable. You are basically two steps from Piazza Duomo and yet because of the location and structure of the building where the apartment is located, you get absolutely none of the noise disruption from the very busy touristy area at the same time as getting all the benefits from living right in the centre of it all!

There's really nothing that did not work for me during this stay. The apartment was super comfortable and the host more that hospitable, generous and accommodating

Location, big pot for cooking

The bed wasn't comfortable (too soft for my taste) The curtains were not thick enough, so it wasnt as private as wished.

Host Olga one of the most helpful hosts. Very knowledgeable about the city and willing to share information to help your stay be a great one. Olga very easy to reach and responds immediately to any questions you have. Would stay here everytime when visiting Catania.

There is Nothing I did not like

Very good placement in the city center. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Very noisy, we could sleep almost all time during the stay. And it is exhausting. The neighbors from the apartment above started their washing, screaming, moving furniture almost every night at 1:00 in the night. There are 3 Indian men living in the apartment above. The room in our apartment is just below the place where all pipes are situated, so every time someone goes to wc at night,or neighbors started washing their clothes there were the noise of the water flowing in the pipes. We have bought earplugs but even them didn’t help all the time because of the screaming and moving furniture. Olga is a very good host but she needs to find the better cleaning woman. Because the toilet is very dirty with feces, shower cabin in the fungus.the carpet was full of somebody’s hear, so I used vacuum cleaner to clean it. Sea is 35 min to go, but we used electric scooter, it was very convenient.
