Met all basic needs. The washer with dryer functions was the most handy after a long trip. Tooting Bec underground is within walkable distance.
I stated 3 people were staying during booking but I was only given 2 bath towels.
It is at Zone 3 which requires 30mins to central London, so needs to weigh between cost and time.
I could not open the windows in the kitchen, so it was stuffy when dining in the kitchen.

Good location for Tooting and central London.
Owners / managers were not suitably attentive when the lock box number was found to be incorrect. It took more than an hour to get a response and the correct number to get in.
