location, staff, wifi, ac, communication, got a late check out free of charge, balcony, directly by the sea, restaurants, little shops.

A beautifully situated, nicely renovated building, right on the seashore. It's just a few minutes' walk to the nearest nice beach. Just a few steps away is the delicious restaurant Spekito's.
The room is modestly furnished but has a large, comfortable bed, good AC and Wi-Fi.
A modest breakfast, with one drink included; any additional drinks cost extra.
The owner was very nice; she helped me arrange a bike rental.
There was no hot water;
the room could have used at least a small refrigerator;
check-out was quite early (by 10:00 a.m.)
