Great location, quick easy check-in
Unfortunately, the property was not very clean, and the dishwasher was broken. We received far too many emails and text messages from the staff promoting additional services. However, when it came to actual issues during our stay, such as the broken dishwasher and the cleanliness of the facilities, there was little to no follow-up. The communication felt very focused on selling extra services rather than addressing guests’ concerns.
