Nice apartment with a lot of space and in a good location. Brand-new devices, all perfectly functional. The kitchen is very good equipped with everything you may need.
The house itself has very thin walls, you can hear every step of your neighbors.
We are not sure if the pool is generally good maintained, on the day we tried to use it, it wasn’t clean and the sunbeds were partially broken.

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was a big part of that experience. The apartment is spacious, very clean, and absolutely wonderful. The location is excellent—you can easily walk into town and the port, which made getting around incredibly convenient.
Communication with the host was amazing from start to finish, making everything smooth and stress-free. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Porto and would happily stay here again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ilia's House in Porto Rotondo, Sardinia, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and the beautiful, clean apartment.
Location, Location, Location: Ilia's House is perfectly situated, allowing easy access to all that Porto Rotondo has to offer. Just a short stroll away, you'll find yourself on stunning beaches with crystal-clear waters. Whether you're looking to relax on the sand, swim, or try your hand at water sports, you're in the perfect spot (Unfortunately January is not the season) Sure I’ll book a stay during the start of the summer season.
A Home Away from Home: The apartment itself was spotless and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The thoughtful touches, like the provided coffee and tea, made me feel right at home.
Exceptional Service: the team at Ilia's House were incredible hosts. They were always available to answer questions, offer recommendations, and ensure that I had a fantastic stay. Their ability to communicate in multiple languages, was a huge bonus!
Overall: Ilia's House provided the perfect base for my Sardinian adventure. The combination of a great location, clean and comfortable accommodation, and exceptional service made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend Ilia's House to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay in Porto Rotondo.
