The hot spring, beds and the room in general were excellent!
Staff was always friendly and the location was perfect.
Maybe improve the quality of the complimentary noodles.
I know they are "free" but they were salty and not very good in general so even if included, I would not try them again after the first time. No real value added.

Everything was absolutely spectacular. The facilities were excellent, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the hot baths were amazing, and the rooms were always spotlessly clean. Everything was very well maintained and the service was outstanding. A perfect stay — 10 out of 10!
Nothing. Everything exceeded my expectations.

Great hotel. Took the Japanese room for 4 which was beautiful with an open bath (a bit small for 4 adults). The onsen was great after a long day.
Breakfast Japanese food was excellent, western food was limited.
