The size and cleanliness of the property how modern the place was entertainment was great

The only downfall were the mattresses in the front bedroom were very thin for adults to sleep on

The apartment is absolutely massive and the space feels great. The light that comes through the ceiling is fantastic during waking hours. It's in a great central location too, close to the theatre, close to George Street and a short walk to the city centre.

While the ceilings made of glass was beautiful during the day, it did make it rather warm during the peak summer months with just a fan to keep us cool. However, the biggest problem was the early morning sun in July woke everyone up around six o'clock in the morning so even though we had our curtains closed the rooms filled with light very early. Another thing I didn't like was that the host requested that we completely clean the place before we leave. Take out the rubbish, etc. And yet wanted us to check out at 10am. We have three very young children and those two things proved very difficult for us and when we checked out around 10:45 the host had to gaul to send us an invoice for overstaying which is why the score has been marked down. This is booking.com - not Airbnb.

The location and size of the property were excellent.

It was dirty. The bathroom floor hadn’t been cleaned properly for many visits. I have photos of how bad it was. I cleaned it before using. The kitchen floor was dirty. I didn’t clean it. Crockery was chipped. Cutlery was poor quality and wobbly. All in all it wasn’t up to scratch.
