The location was great. Lovely place to stay. We had booked originally for 4 days over a family wedding (indian wedding that is over 4-5 days), however the wedding was cancelled a couple of weeks before the wedding . Ellie was so good she allowed is to cancel the 4 days and rebook for 2 days so we could still visit the family.
The flat was clean and tidy. Spacious unlike some flats are so small.

Perfectly located for what we needed.
Everything we needed was provided and even set up sofa bed for an additional adult with short notice.
Key safe was a little stiff but opened eventually.
Very close to main road and was quite noisy with traffic even though was a weekend. Didn’t stop us sleeping however could definitely hear it.

Very clean and well equipped
Quite spacious
Good decor
Car parking
Fan supplied in the lounge during the heatwave but flat was a manageable temperature generally.
No noise from other flats.
Good communication by test from Landlady.
Lack of dressing table in main bedroom
Unable to use bedside light as no extension lead.
In case of disability it should be clear on details which floor the property is on...2nd Floor. One flight of steps outside to entrance door and one inside to second floor.
Usual issue of window blinds not fully blocking out light from lampposts.

The Lounge room was very nice. The kitchen was reasonable
It was very noisy and i found it difficult to sleep due to the traffic. There was a gap that was quiet from about 10pm to 5 am. But otherwise it was very loud. The kitchen pots and kettle should be replaced as they are cut and not good to use. The bathroom tub doesnt drain properly and gets clogged very easily. The table in the lounge room felt very flimsy.
