I liked the fact that the bedroom was downstairs and it was much cooler down there. We were in the middle of a heat wave. The bathroom and the upstairs room was clean and tidy. It was very nice to have the option of a washing machine. A fan was provided, although if the summers continue to get hotter, an air con unit might worth investing in for upstairs. Overall it was a relaxing stay.
The only down side was the carpet on the stairs. It was sticky and quite dirty. We normally take our shoes off when inside but we had to put them on to walk on the carpet as our feet got sticky. Considering that part of the cost included cleaning they should be having the carpet cleaned regularly. Time to change it and then keep it clean.

Pleasant, well-equipped, and thoughtful flat.
It's clear the owners care about their guests. They even allowed us a late check-in at no extra charge!

The property was clean and quite well equipped. Kitchen/lounge was great for us. Bathroom was excellent, with easy temperature control shower. Bedroom was comfortable and clean.
Location was a bit noisy at times and the entrance to the car park was often difficult to use.

Very nice little flat. Very clean with a dishwasher and washing machine to utilize. We highly recommend and we’re sure that we get back there.
