Lage zentral
Umgebung und Ausstattung eher minderwertig. Gestank im Bad Schimmel? Türklinke defekt schon an Eingang Trepoe kaputt etc

The location of the property was very good—just a 15-minute walk to the town centre and shopping area.
However, the property has a serious damp issue, which made it very difficult for our family to breathe and sleep comfortably. Even after buying candles to try to improve the air, the dampness remained overwhelming.
The shower and toilet facilities are extremely outdated and in need of renovation. It's worth paying a bit more to stay somewhere with modern bathroom facilities and fresh, clean air.
