The location was strategic and nearby to town.
Not enough comfortable for big family. No water kettle provided(we only saw the box). Bath tub was dirty. The water dispenser does not provide hot/cold water (just warm water). The towel condition are not absorbent enough & were too smelly.

Nice staycation at Jaystay seaview. Nice sunrise, view, full facilieties ( 2 bathtub, 3 bedroom, freewifi, full aircondition, Hot water, washing machine n many more). Hotel With swimming pool (yup for kids too), gym and kids playground. I recomended with all of you.. im happy stay in here. I give fullmark 😊
I suggest the pillow should be dry clean to make it hygiene and smell very good. But its still ok. Its very nice place and staycation. Keep it up guys. 😊

The view of the sea from the apartment. That we had a living room to hang out in as a group.
It was advertised as a luxurious 4 bedroom apartment (which our group needed), but the so-called 4th bedroom is really just a closet with a mattress (and a bad one at that) on the floor. There’s no way a normal adult would sleep there. The host said there were 2 sofa beds, but one was not convertible at all, and the other was sagging and not comfortable at all to sleep in.
If you’re just staying a night or two, your standards aren’t high, you can rough it out and you don’t look too closely or aren’t bothered by finishings/furnishings, then you’ll be fine.
The host was responsive (although they were silent until the day of check in) and were polite on WhatsApp, did try to appease us and accommodate our request for clean sheets.
The location of apartment is not walkable to the old town, if your have your own car then it isn’t a problem. The mall next door at the Hatten was so quiet, with no businesses open.

Large apartment with 3 rooms and 3 toilets. Comfortable space for 3 adults 1 kid, and could probably take more.
Fuss free self check-in.
Location is alright if you drive, it's right next to Doubletree by Hilton.
Basic amenities provided (fridge, microwave, bathrooms equipped with towels, shampoo and soap.)
I liked that there was a mini foosball table in the living room - it kept the kid entertained for a bit.
TV is equipped with netflix and youtube.
Price is very very reasonable.
Stale cigarette smell in master bedroom - smelled like previous guests smoked and drank inside. Had to open up the balcony doors to air the room. It didn't bother us too much as we were only staying one night but other guests may mind, especially those very sensitive to the smell.

Apartment has nice sea view and is big. Cozy living room and kitchen is equipped with basic accessories. Feel safe and secure as there are security guards on duty. The residence is beside doubletree Hilton hotel and you can get buffet breakfast there if you want a nice full breakfast. Fast and easy check-in/out. 10 mins slow walk to Wa Zen Restaurant and other dining options. Zus cafe and 7-11 are at the ground floor of the element mall.
Requires taxi/private hire to get to Mahkota Parade/Jonker Street, which takes about 8-10mins.

The view for this unit is exceptional. Cleanliness was great, no foul smell. They even provided extra futon beds and pillows for bigger groups. Amenities was great but I wish they had a microwave. The residence was quite near to the local attractions of Melacca, was just a few minutes away from Jonker, MP and DP.
I would suggest a microwave to be added in.

The living room n kitchen just nice. I really appreciate the bath tub,. My grand children love the pool. Big beds, nice smelling covers and pillows. New iron, lots of hangers.
Cutlery also plenty and clean
The bathtub will be good if install a handling bar to hold on. Also extra garbage plastic will be good. A microwave will come handy.

The location is good and the sea view from balcony was a breath of fresh air.
There was no additional garbage bag provided in the kitchen.
