The room size at 10m2 is good enough for 2a2c. Though no wardrobe, there are spaces to hang coats. Walking distance to city hall exit 7. Nearby convenience stores, gong cha, dunkin donuts. Nearby 2 airport bus pickup locations - Westin & The Plaza, bus 6017 to incheon airport T1/T2.

Not much fast food choices nearby. Breakfast can be varied abit more, instead of fried/kimchi rice everyday, consider noodles. But still happy with simple breakfast & feel welcomed by staff at breakfast venue.

Clean and perfect location

Their check in is at 15.00- and even if your prepared room is ready for you, they charge 10.000 won by the hour before 15.00. They dont have toothpaste and etc in the rooms, and they sell it at the reception. It was convenient, but I wont ever choose to stay in this location.

The location was excellent. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores within walking distance. The bus stop was 5 minutes walk and also the metro station.

The breakfast could be a lot better. First it’s located in the basement, so felt like a canteen. The options available were not appealing. Also the reception to check in is based on the 3rd floor, not a big deal but you don’t feel like there’s a holiday vibe as you don’t really see anyone. Also the shower did not have a shower screen so water would go everywhere.

The room was nice, it had everything we needed and was clean. We only spent a short time in Seoul but it seemed to be in a good location. We were able to walk to Namsan tower, Namdaemun market and Myeongdong Street at night. You can also easily get a bus to the airport from the front of the Plaza hotel close by.

Firstly, our taxi driver thought it wasn’t even open because the front is under construction. There’s a tiny sign telling you to go round the corner and reception is on the 3rd floor. It felt cold, like a spaceship or office building. The lady at the front desk wasn’t helpful. I asked about dinner recommendations as we arrived at 7pm and she told me she didn’t have any. Maybe there was a language barrier. The following day I asked about whether it was best to get the bus or train to the airport and had to pull up my Kakao Map app for her to look. She said she thought the bus after looking but didn’t seem sure. The bus was in fact probably the easiest as for the metro, you have to walk to city hall, go 1 stop and change lines at Seoul station and get the express train from there. Walking 2 minutes to the plaza and hopping on a bus sounded easier and the Plaza also provided a timetable (runs every 30mins). The breakfast was also so poor (it consisted of cold eggs, cold rice and cold potato, bad coffee) that we didn’t bother going the second morning and went to Dunkin Donuts next door instead.
