The whole hotel was perfect

Great location.
Some staff were rude. Not all but when we said we only wanted drinks not a meal, the waitress was very rude.

Great location, comfortable bed, tasty food in the restaurant
Renovation works make the hotel dirty, and the interior is old-fashioned, too. Stepping out onto the balcony in the evening, there was a strong smell of manure—which was surprising, given that it's a city!

Great location.
Hotel is being refurbished and is in great need of it! We knew about the refurbishment before we booked but didn't fully understand the disruption and how badly it needed upgrading. The shower was in the bath with no wall mounting, the aircon was broken, staff not very helpful. Too expensive for what we got, even with the 5€ voucher by way of compensation.

"Position is stunning- overlooking the lake. All staff were extremely helpful. Rooms were clean and well equipped. And a bonus for us were the EV chargers."
