Mr. Benjamin Hall is a delightful host to work with. He is very thorough on check in, check out and ensuring all your needs are met throughout your stay. It is so close to Bradley Beach- with passes and helpful beach chairs. It is also close to Avon by the Sea Beach if you want to try that on your own. My son loved the provided beach pales/shovels for making sandcastles. Return home, shake the sand off outside and throw your clothes in the wash. Also the back yard Bocci, hack sack games and comfortable seating provides peace and fun. Everything is super convenient and serene. Check this property and host out!

The house was beautiful and perfect for me and my friends. Great area and perfect distance to the beach. Host was responsive and very helpful made the trip very smooth.

House was super clean and well cared for both inside and outside. Furniture was comfortable and in good condition. Lots of good starter supplies. Beach passes and beach chairs were a really nice plus. House has games, puzzles, books. Kitchen is full stocked appliances, pots and pans, etc. Owner is responsive, polite, and easy to deal with. The location is nice, but a little close to the commuter train crossing, which was noisy. Not that big a deal for us, but just keep it mind. In short, great house, great owner, really good location. Definitely recommend.

The host did a fantastic job of accommodating us on a last minute booking when issues with another rental fell through. He did a great job of communicating, preparing the property, and put in extra effort for the outside space to be perfect for our stay. We were 3 couples and the property was great, clean, everything worked well, and the outdoor space in the backyard was amazing. We will definitely looked to this property and others this host rents in the future.
