We had a wonderful time staying in this house! It was our second stay here and it was just as wonderful as before. :)

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. This house was perfect! The walk down to the river was gorgeous by the house. It was a little steep due to flooding risks, but it wasn’t that bad and the toddlers could do it without issues. The beds were comfy. The dining table and the living area was perfect for everyone to hang out during meal times. The AC was AMAZING! We’ve stayed at some places where we’re sweating the whole time. But NOT this home. I want that AC at my house! The pool was nice. The only problems we had were the back door was difficult for the kids to use. But again, still manageable. The other was how slippery the back patio got when it got wet from swimming or rain. We had several slip and falls. Luckily no big injuries. But do not wear shoes and walk slowly. There is a rug that helps, but by the outdoor table and kitchen by the fridge gets really bad. I would recommend they fix that.
