We had a fantastic time staying at Jeff and Gina’s property. The apartment is on the beach and very well equipped. We will most definitely rent it again!

Loved the beach access and the pool. The beach seemed liked it was our own private beach. The condo was just as described, would definitely come back again!

we were very happy with our stay at the Indian shores , our place was everything we expected, we have stayed in the same location prior to the new owners, always been a very clean and peaceful place to stay, we would highly recommend this property, and can’t wait to go back possibly in July & December.

Did not provide warning of intense level of construction directly above and around the unit where we stayed. Management was confrontational about this. Would suggest avoiding Vacasa in the future.

Easy access in and out and beautiful view of the gulf/beach with very easy and close access. A nice condo for two!

The property and location was just fine, except there was a tropical storm during our stay. Unfortunately the property did not survive very well during the storm. No one can predict the weather, but at the very least, the entire windows in the property leaked, especially the slider door, which leaked profusely rendering the condo unit uninhabitable during the storm. The building is tired and worn out...location is great, too bad the condition of the condo is terrible.

This is a older property but is very clean. The rooms and the property are well maintained. Will stay here again. Great location.

All linens smelled like dirty socks and there were only 2 washcloths for a 3 night stay. Other than that everything was perfect. However, gross linens is a big deal to most everyone. Nobody wants to dry off with a disgusting smelling towel after a shower.

This place doesn't pretend to be anything that its not. Its clean, well appointed, right on the beach. No frills, but certainly not low class. Its a really nice little beach get away. New and fresh furniture, loaded with kitchen stuff. Comfy and clean. GREAT Beach and beach access. We will stay here again.

Beautiful ocean front view. The condo was perfect for two people. I would of wished for a tub instead of shower.:) Overall, nice location, beautiful view and cute condo which was very well kept.

We absolutely loved it. You are away in more of a chill area, and literally 50 feet from the ocean Wonderful views, great staff. We had a wonderful time.

This property is located on a beautiful stretch of beach and that made the stay lovely. The actual condo on the inside was as described. However, the Balcony is dangerous as there is so much rust the railing is loose. The exterior of the building is in horrible condition. When we arrived we were so disappointed by the appearance of the property. I would not recommend this condo facility until major upgrades have occurred to the exterior and the balcony is fixed for safety.

The unit itself was very nice. Great watching sunsets on the patio and the overhead bedroom fan made for very comfortable sleeping. Beach chairs in the unit and umbrellas available by the pool made setting up on the beach very easy. Nice furnishings and plenty of utensils. Our problem was with the management company…Teeming Vacation Rentals. We arrived at the unit to discover it was in the middle of a construction zone with multiple jackhammers operating almost directly under the unit. While Teeming VR can’t control the timing of renovation projects, they CAN treat guests fairly when projects occur. We discovered that Teeming VR had been informed about the construction project six weeks before our arrival. A reliable company would have notified us of the situation and offered options to make it right (refund, reschedule, discount, etc.) Instead, Teeming VR concealed the situation from us until we discovered it ourselves upon arrival. We immediately called Teeming VR to tell them how dissatisfied we were with the situation and asked to speak with a manager. We were told that a manager was unavailable, but two different Teeming VR reps said that they would work to put us in a comparable unit in another building and would get back to us that night. No one ever got back to us, but the next morning they had the nerve to send us a text asking us to let them know “if there was anything that would negatively affect our stay so their customer care team could address it.” We immediately responded that, yes, being in the middle of a construction zone was negatively affecting our stay and reminded them that they were supposed to move us to a comparable unit elsewhere. Bottomline is they did nothing to make this situation right and, somehow, a manager was never available throughout the duration of our 5-day stay to speak to us. While the unit was fine, dealing with Teeming VR was a nightmare. We will certainly never book a property managed by them again. For those who do, we would strongly recommend you contact them 1-2 days before arrival and insist on a guarantee in writing that there are no undisclosed situations (like jackhammer construction projects) that will degrade your vacation.

My husband and I stayed here for a week and our stay was wonderful. The views are beautiful and the area is very nice. I enjoyed the bench seating under the window and our dog, Tiny Zoey, also seemed to enjoy it as she rarely left her spot looking out the window. We will definitely be back. Thank you! Our condo was VERY clean and decorated so nice. Our view of the ocean was incredible!! The amenities were great...we loved being able to use the beach chairs, kayaks and paddle boards. We loved this beachy condo with a beautiful view! It had everything you need and a very good location close to the free trolley to go into Clearwater. We thank all the staff who were very accommodating and particularly the maintenance man who helped when our dog got out, I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name. What a find! We thoroughly enjoyed our long Thanksgiving weekend in this great little condo! The unit was very clean (it SMELLED clean as soon as we entered!), the kitchen was well-stocked, the bed was one of the most comfortable we`ve experienced in any rental, and you cannot beat the view! The balcony, albeit small, was perfect for coffee in the morning and watching the sunset over the gulf with a glass of wine in the evening. We especially appreciated the availability of the beach chairs! Although the unit itself does not have an oven (it does have a stove top and small toaster over), the condo complex has two gas grills and plenty of outside dining/sitting. We didn`t take advantage this time, but steaks sure sounded like a good idea for next time! The pool is quite small, but the children that regularly swam in it seem to enjoy it nonetheless (we spent our time on the beach). The management/owners were very attentive without being intrusive. If we were in need of anything, I felt confident they were but a phone call/email away. I would definitely recommend this condo for a couple (it may be a little tight for more than two) and we will be returning again soon!
