Everything was amazing, especially the staff!! It’s the cutest romantic getaway and perfectly situated between st tropez town (the hotel offers a shuttle to the main square of the town) and the beachclubs of Pampelonne. Will definately visit again!
If I have to name something negative all I can think of is the shower door. It didn’t close properly which resulted in a little bit of water on the floor.

Received an upgrade tp a suite, which was suberbe!
A great experience, what a room with a view.
Personel was charming a very friendly, especially the suttle drivers.
A lot of mosqiuitos and flies around the swimming pool!

Fantastic property being result of combination provance and italian style located among the vinyard and having stunning view at the Pampelone bay. Exceptional heatet pool creates relax vacation atmosphere. Staff provides highest professional standards.
Prices in the restaurant are to high comparing to similar facilities around Saint-Tropez.

Concierge and staff is amazing. Room with a view of a maritime pines woods. Navette so usefull to avoid crazy market-day traffic.
Breakfast could be better (more fresh fruit) but very good anyway.

location!
first of all checkin was 1 hour delayed. the room’s a/c
was not working and I called reception 1000 times and
no one could offer anything.
concierge was not answering whole day.
service is really 0 here!!! Only the location is good but
other things is really very very bad! I would not recommend
anyone to stay here. also there is no outdoor pool or beach
as shown in the pictures. i don’t know why they putted in photo galleryz

The room had a lovely view. The team could not have been more friendly. Lovely pool.
The location is outside St Tropez and a little off the beaten track. So it is a car journey every time you need to go anywhere. The food in the restaurant was not great and very expensive. We had a very dry pasta and tomato dish one evening.

the vibes, the clientele, the location, the pool, the staff, amazing hotel. The concierge was super !
the bathroom layout and the lack of lightings in the wardrobes. On another note the breakfast was ok but could improve in terms of service.

Breakfast was good. It would have been nice to change up some of the cheeses, meats, breads a little bit.
The breakfast staff was great.
Conceirge and drivers were great.
The lady sweeping the patio was doing it at 8:30 moving all the chairs around, sweeping up dust. Really should have been done before breakfast opened.
Otherwise from breakfast, the F+B was unfortunately not really 5*. This seems to be the case at the Sibuet Hotels. We also stayed previously in Megeve and Menerbes. Both of those also were beautiful facilities but it seems like the management doesn't put the same emphasis on the F+B department.
I don't want to list all the little things that could have been better, but when you are a 5* hotel, little things matter.
