Resort was really great. The food was awesome. Dealers were great too.
The room was the disappointment. Needs to be updated, bathroom grout is discolored, caulk in shower was cracked, tv service was out for awhile at night.

It was after we made the reservations that we found out about the $37.50 we had to pay for pool and spa. We had no intention of using and a $75.00 we had just in case we smoked or had pet in the room. The meal there were too costly, we paid $40.00 for two hamburgers.
The room was not as nice as we thought it would be. I wish that we had stay as another place. I will never stay there again. I will pay a little more for a better room. TV suck there were no sports channel. WE were suposed to have a king bed instead we had two beds.

I like the surrounding area, the room & bathroom is huge. Beds are comfy.
I reserved a "Deluxe" mountain tower room, which costs more. My view was of the roof and neighboring tower. Not worth it.
Also, the pillows are too soft for my liking. They kept squishing to the point I felt I was sleeping on my arm.

Fijn hotel. Groot, en er zijn meerdere eetgelegenheden aanwezig.
Tevens zijn er meerdere barretjes voor een drankje in de avond.
Inpandig Starbucks en een casino.
Spa en zwembad ook aanwezig.
Honden zijn welkom maar kost je wel 75 dollar! Kwam bij ons al verassing.
Leuk hotel voor een fijne vakantie of voor als je op doorreis bent.
Prijs voor het verblijven van een hond. 75dollar!! :-(

I love this property because it's close to my family
The property is not kept up . Elevators are dirty , rooms are dirty. It smells of smoke throughout the entire place . I'd expect more from a harrahs

Hallways and rooms reek of smoke and weed. Bathroom sink stopped up, air conditioner sounds like a freight train when it comes on. Sparse on the room decor.

for dinner. Was a little disappointed in food. Was not same quality as his Vegas place. Service was great

This was the last stop on our 25th wedding anniversary celebration trip .It was our first time ever being in a casino so we had a lot to learn the staff was very polite and helpful although we didn’t win enough to retire lol we had a blast and we will be going back for sure.
The price of the room . Over priced for the amenities. It’s just a regular room . For $674.00 a night I thought it would be a lot nicer.

The location was fine the breakfast was reasonable.
My wife had an accident and got seventeen stiches. while in the casino other than the first responders no one from the Casins contacted us I drove my wife to the emergency room myself nobody cared.

Spacious, comfortable, clean room with tasteful decor for the location. Great location to GSMNPentrance. Didn't like the grab and go Choices at the food court.
Distance walking from lodging towers to parking and restaurants. Had difficulty finding suitable meals, particularly breakfast. There was no entertainment other than the casino while we were there.

The room was wonderful. I believe the shower could use some grab bars.
Wonderful shower but it needs some safety features included. The distance from the room to the casino was misrepresented to me and I injured my left knee walking so far.
