Great location in the heart of the city center with a beautiful view, and 5min walk from the lake. Beautiful appartment with spacious bedroom and modern bathroom
We had trouble reaching the host or concierge for instructions on how to obtain the keys and enter the appartment, and the wifi did not work during our stay with very limited mobile data signal in the appartment. Being in the city center, the appartment is located in between two restaurant buildings, meaning there are kitchen / staff noises late at night and early mornings, to keep in mind for any light sleepers

Beautiful location and comfortable space for a family of 3. Very easy to locate and close to secure car parking underground garage.
The terrace is DIRECTLY over a restaurant that is very busy until after 11:00 pm at night making the noise level at night less than ideal for our son sleeping in living room on the pull out couch. No outdoor windows in bedroom. Window is to a hallway utilized by the restaurant.

Emplacement central dans la vieille ville. Charme de l’ancien.
Balcon et vue sur le Thiou.
L’emplacement central fait qu’il y a beaucoup de bruit le soir et notamment le restaurant juste en dessous.

Location was very good if you like busy central vibe. It was nicely decorated and had a lovely view of the water.
Communication was dreadful. Concierge dumped us as quick as possible and wouldn't answer the phone or reply to messages when we had problems, emailed via booking and main agent didn't respond either. Hairdryer didn't work, electricity went off, they didn't give us pillows for the sofa bed, we were told to us the scatter cushions! Main bed was very uncomfortable.
