This was a spectacular location really convenient for the ferries round the lake and close to a small community with a lovely restaurant which we used both nights. Room has the most amazing view as described and a lovely balcony. Parking was excellent in a locked garage

The Villa has an amazing location - 30 min walk from Como with an amazing landscapes, but at the same time peaceful location away from all tourists.
Great house with beautiful garden and breathtaking view.
Davide - the host was helpful and very friendly. He gave us a great recommendations.
Another plus is the private parking.
Overall I can say that is a bit pricy for what you get.
Cleanliness of the room can be significantly improved. The towels and bed sheets were dusty/smelly. Also the bed is not comfortable and the furniture is quite old.
