Location was too far from the Station. it was difficult for travellers with Big Luggage.

Hotel Lauberhorn is absolutely amazing. The location of the hotel is perfect with just a short beautiful walk into Grindelwald and also a bus stop directly outside the hotel. The hotel itself was beautiful, very clean with some beautiful, thoughtful touches. All the previous reviews mentioned the wonderful breakfast and it did not disappoint. What a perfect way to start any day, particularly in the Swiss Alps. Benji and Connie were amazing hosts and ALL the staff members were so friendly. We organised our ski pass at the hotel which was really helpful, and they were also very helpful with any recommendations for restaurants and helping with reservations. We had such a beautiful holiday and would love to return in the summer months one day to explore the area once more. And we would definitely return to stay at Lauberhorn Hotel.

We had an amazing stay and highly recommend staying here! Details below: >Room: The room exceeded our expectations and was exactly what we needed. It is decorated very cute and has a beautiful little balcony with chairs and tables with a perfect view of the mountains. >Wifi: Wifi was EXCELLENT. We are both remote workers and rely heavily on decent internet. They have fiber internet and the download speed was 400mbps and the upload was 100mbps. >Location: The hotel provides you a local bus pass so you can ride all the buses for free. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel as well so you can easily get into town and back with all your bags/skis. The bus is super easy to use (download SBB) and the bus and train times will all be listed. >Service: Linda was amazing! We loved chatting with her whenever we saw her. >Breakfast: Great breakfast of tons of loose tea, coffee, meats & cheese & bread, and a boil your own egg station

The homeliness and the warmth of the owners is amazing. you can tell this is a regular place for some families. loved the breakfast, so many great choices. the location is a good walk after dinner!

The room is small in size, the system is complicated, it is forbidden to shower at night, the toilets are separate, something strange, I have not seen anything like it in the world, this hotel is strange terms and conditions

Location is very convenient, yes 15 min walking from the city center but you get big free parking lot, and quick access to the First cable car. The breakfast is amazing with a lot of choices and as a tea lover I was surprised by the selection of natural teas. The view from the room is fantastic. The staff are super nice and gave very valuable advices to travel around the area. I also did a tandem paragliding with the owner of the hotel and I could only recommend the experience to everyone.

Would be great to have a kettle and a tea in the room.
