Everything. The staff is always nice and efficient and always shows the highest level of professionalism.
Nothing that's why I am a multiple repeat visitor to this particular establishment

The bathroom was super clean, the room had extra towels. Nice to be able to park close to room.
Listing had a washer and dryer. No washer and dryer in room or available for use. I think the listing was very stingy for not including air in the room, they actually took the remote out of the room for the mini split. Free breakfast listed on Google maps advertisement where booking.com link was but no free breakfast with room, breakfast $18. No coffee maker in room or hot water kettle. Pay attention to booking when using this hotel. They are pinching pennies here. Pl Staff were not friendly.
