Fantastic apartment for longer stays in Rome. It's spacious and very well located. Everywhere we travelled by tube, bus, walking (day/night) and never had any issues. Place was very quiet and close to the Vatican, great restaurants, local grocery stores as well as food market for fresh produce to cook at home. We really enjoyed staying in this place.

The washing machine was not there. We had to use laundry, which is located just 10 min. walk from the flat.

Sehr gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.

We liked the location, access to tv and ac, well equipped kitchen.

Unfortunately, our overall experience was not a pleasant one, primarily due to a lack of cleanliness in certain areas of the property (I have attached photos as proof). There were also several maintenance issues that affected our stay. The showerhead was attached with zip ties, making it very difficult to use, and we couldn't even flush the toilet properly. There were also a lot of ants coming from nowhere. Furthermore, one of the bathrooms’ lock wasn’t working. Additionally, the check-in process was a bit complicated and confusing. It required us to provide both ID photos and selfies. The contract also stated that there would be a 300€ damage deposit, which contradicted the booking website. However, no payment was ultimately required after clarifying with the host. That information should definitely be updated, though.
