Service and staff are wonderful. Very attentive, helpful and careful.
Some renovations so a bit of noise.

The Orchid Lounge option turned out to be an excellent choice. Location of hotel close to airport with speedy and professional transport to and from airport, excellent club lounge cocktail offering, both drinks and snacks, including a welcome drink of choice. Broad selection and quality at breakfast of both Asian and Western food and overall friendliness and service orientation of staff.
Nothing all was perfect!

We were looking for a nice hotel close to the airport for an early flight. Pleasantly surprised, comfy bed, attentive staff and great room service.
Despite us only staying one night they still wanted a security deposit.

Good location close to the airport
I especially chose this hotel for the room with a balcony. When I arrived they told me they had no room with a balcony and upgraded me - but the upgrade had no balcony! This was not what I booked.
The room was stifling hot when i arrived - the air conditioner should have been turned on.
