De location is great. It’s about a 15-18 minute walk to Prato Centrale, 5 minutes to a decent grocery store and 10 minutes to the other Prato train station. There are nice restaurants around and we didn’t hear noise at night. The shower is nice as well and there is a washer and dryer.

In order for us to call this a luxury apartment, I feel like there could be a couple of things different. - there was a fair amount of dust that caught my eye. It was clean but it could’ve been cleaner. - if the apartment can hold 4 people it would be nice to have each have a plate, a bowl or a cup etc. Make sure the kitchen is well equipped, because it was not. We had to share bowls. Also there are only 2 chairs outside which one seemed to be almost done for. - the sofa bed is not comfortable and very squeeky. Everytime you move it’s pretty loud. - we couldn’t get the tv by the bed to work. There was definitely something wrong with the remote, we couldn’t even turn it off. Obviously we could’ve asked for somebody to fix it but it would be nice if it just worked.

Bellissimo attico e in posizione strategica con tutti i confort, spazioso e luminoso. Aveva TV plasma, cucina induzione, microonde e macchina caffè cialde. Camera con wi fi. Terrazza ampia .... (Consiglio una vasca idromassaggio da installare)

Problemi con TV e antenna. Supporto manutenzione attivato ma alla fine annullato perché alle 17 del giorno dopo ancora non si erano presentati. I vetri della Terrazza non erano puliti e ho trovato polvere sparsa in qua e là.... Maggiore attenzione! Caricabatterie wireless accanto al letto non funzionante. Sdraio fornite in terrazza un po' datate.

Esperaba camas de una sola persona. Y eran todas dobles.
