Ideal for 9 of us and within easy walking distance of Blackpool tower and bars etc. Large bathrooms.
A little run down outside and generally inside as well. Needs a good deep clean in downstairs living area given there’s a hefty cleaning charge attached to the overall price .And could do with paint freshen up. No Wi-Fi downstairs and TV wouldn’t work because of that. Hidden extra charges for early /late checkin were steep. Need locks on bathroom doors.

Really clean and tidy on arrival.
Comfortable and perfect location for us.
Plenty of space in the property for everyone and communal kitchen really comfortable and open.
Internet is poor and with very little signal in Blackpool for our party we struggled for any service in the property
