A large clean well cared for room. Delicious food, breakfast lunch and dinner. The staff were very friendly and very helpful, especially the front desk, assisted us with finding locations in the city.
There’s even Pickel Ball courts two minutes walk away from the Resort.
Make sure you take the tour to the river limestone caves
Not enough towel racks in the bathroom. Also the dining room staff should improve their toaster and not put individual jam jars on every table com they should be over near the bread with teaspoons for each flavour of jam. Minor issues only.

Intimate resort. Great food. Wonderful happy obliging staff. Very clean. Comfy bed.
Heavy cigarette smell in my room ( maybe from previous guest). Constant banging on my villa and working on roof to get the new part of resort built. Housekeeping not constant in leaving pool towels or face washers.

Staff and location was great and close to the airport. Visually appealing and clean. The villa is great for privacy and has a small but private plunge pool which is nice for romantic nights!
Slight confusion with reservation dates but was resolved quickly. The pool is very clean but slightly high on chlorine.

Staff
This is not a resort but a strait forward city hotel. Pictures not showing the right situation - close to fake. we hired a room with sea view based on the pictures on this site. The view is mostly rusty metal roofs with the real thing in the back. When we arrived we found out the place has no parking spot for our car. We paid a vey high price for what it is like 15-17K pesos per night. It's not worse the value at all - as said close to fake/scam
