Location to activities we were doing

Seating was terrible. All chairs by the firepit were broken. Couch downstairs was terrible Limited towels Beds decent but pillows not Limited cookwear. I will stick with superhosts

Location was a short drive to downtown Denver and it was on a nice, quiet street. Coffee was available for guests. Mattresses were comfortable. Code for front door was easy to use.

Lots of confusion with the property management company about requirements for check-in and the deposit a week before our visit. It could have been a lot more seamless given we prepaid in full 3 months in advance. Parts of the property were in disrepair. - Sink didn't work in basement bathroom. - Upstairs bedroom had noisy window unit for AC - Trash in back yard & in basement mini fridge - Floors were dirty and needed to be mopped - Dryer did not work in laundry room and there was a notice about tripping up electrical issues - Chairs around firepit falling apart so hard to enjoy the patio area These are all fixable issues that I hope will be addressed before their next guests.

The space and layout of this large house accommodated 4 children and 3 adults very well in the 5 bedrooms. We had several questions during our stay and the hosts always responded quickly via the text app on booking.com. We were there for a softball event so the kids took a lot of showers--one after the other and there was always hot water.

The house was somewhat underequipped in minor ways to accommodate the 7 people in our party. For example, we quickly ran out of toilet paper and there were only 4 forks in the kitchen--both easy fixes. A toaster oven and a roasting pan would be great additions to the kitchen. The house could also benefit from an additional air zone as the upper master suite was generally warm compared to the comfortable middle level while the basement conditions were simultaneously tantamount to a meat freezer. This is likely only an issue during the relatively short period of high temps in the summer.
