The security is top notch! There are guards, security doors and a front door reception staff 24/7.
It’s easy to hire taxis right outside the building.
Joram has excellent communication for answering questions. He’s very responsive.

The property is easily accessible.
The location of the building is in a very quiet, serene and peaceful environment. Entry and exit of guests to and from the premises is by fingerprint registration and authentication controlled by the security personnels at the security post.

The place was near key breakfast points and supermarkets/stores.
