Location, walking distance to shops, pubs, the quay etc
Modern facilities
Secure parking
There was a lot of noise from the restaurants next to the apartment, and from people shouting etc after the pubs shut.
The bed was a bit small
The lack of electric sockets or light near the mirror in the bedroom made hair drying difficult
The sofa was not the comfiest.
The toilet was not very clean with stains on the back of the pan

Location and parking
Noisy as by a Thai restaurant that played loud music
Nowhere to plug in fan in bedroom unless you had it almost next to you in bed which would then be too close. Luckily I bought an extension lead with me. Bed very small

A very convenient apartment for access to Poole Quay though I think the one minute walk is a touch optimistic, more like 4 minutes but I guess that depends which part of the quay you are aiming for. The accommodation was smart clean and tidy with all the facilities we needed for a self catering break, although our main meals were at one of the many local eateries. Poole quay certainly seems to buzz in the evening. Would recommend a stay here if you are thinking of visiting Poole and especially the quay.
The music from the adjacent Thai restaurant was a tad intrusive but it did stop at or before 22.00 so not a big complaint.

Great location. Easy access. Housekeeping staff were excellent. Communication by email from hosts was efficient.
The bathroom fan and heated towel rail didn’t work so the shower has mound in it (see photo). We did report this and a plumber was supposed to come. They didn’t. No corkscrew (yes, a minor inconvenience) and no mirrors next to a plug socket so drying your hair was a challenge). On more than one occasion the private car park was full and we couldn’t park. On street parking is limited so this was an issue.
The housekeeping staff were amazing. Communication with the hosts was excellent.
