The Pine Ridge property was prefect for the Grandparents on the main floor level, and the grandkids and great grand kids below them. Our host Micahel was very clear and accurate in the arrival process. The family all loved the pool, and missed out on the opportunity to play putt putt golf. We will definetly rebook again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay, had everything we needed, and the game room was super fun for the kids and adults!

Overall the property was pretty good. It was very spacious with plenty of sleeping areas for 8 people. The beds were not the best, very hard and uncomfortable. Additionally the parking arrangements are kind of a pain. Overflow is approximately 2 miles from the house and they are very strict on how long you can be in the community before you get a ticket. Also the overflow is managed by an outside person and there is no one on site that can assist you with details on how to gain access to the parking area. So if you are accidentally given the wrong combo by the owner and you don't have cell service. You end up having to drive all over the community to be able to get in touch with him so that he can talk to the overflow person and get you the correct combo. You also have to lock down where all of your vehicle's are parking a week in advance so it can be logistically difficult. Of course this only matters if you are bringing more than two cars. Other than that this place was as advertised and a good location for a guy's weekend but probably not a family vacation.
