Very roomy, beautifully decorated, and VERY clean. Perfect for a family wanting to visit Siesta Key Beach ( which was our main destination). The backyard was a little noisy during heavy commuting hours, but was so serene and idyllic.

We loved the coastal decor, and the beds were wonderful. The outdoor space is amazing, spent a lot of time relaxing and reading out there. The only drawback was the busy street with the noise and heavy traffic which you may want to take in consideration.

I am notorious for booking places that look good online but turn out to be less-than. My family says I “knocked it out of the park” with Coastal Cottage…it was as beautiful as pictured online and everyone loved staying there. It was a quick 10 minutes to my brother’s house where our extended family was gathered for a weekend of festivities. We cannot recommend this place highly enough!! We will definitely book again as we have need! Thank you for such a lovely home and situation!

This property overall was excellent. We had some cleaning issues when we arrived but nothing we couldn't take care of. I emailed the person that sent us instructions on check in process and I she said emailed property manager which I did but I still haven't heard from the property manager. My father came with us and he did clean the stove and left it like new😀. Kids loved the place its so centric and everything was closed. We loved the beach and made great memories there I will say I will definitely rent it again whenever we decide to go back!

House was exactly as described in the list, everything throughout the house was 1st class. The only minor issue was the noise from the busy street adjacent to to house.

We feel in love with the house as soon as we opened the door. Everyone had there own space including to 10 year old with the loft cubbie. We only had a short time but we'll definitely look into this location in the next time we take a vacation.

We LOVED this home so much... it was very clean and well decorated, and provided the perfect space for our 2 and 3 year old to play! We were visiting family in Florida and also had the grandparents stay with us, and the layout of the home was perfect to give all of us plenty of space to spread out. We let the grandparents stay in the downstairs room, and the kids stayed in the lofts (and loved it) and we were able to retreat to the upstairs room!
The BEST PART was all the unexpected toys that kept our kids entertained! That was such a blessing for us!
We also loved the big kitchen that had everything we needed (fresh whole bean coffee was amazing) also sitting outside on the back porch (but note that it can be a bit loud with the traffic). We also loved that we could walk to the coffee shop and ice cream shop! It is also near the new running trail (I forget the name of it) but provided a perfect 3 mile loop to run it.
We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed this vacation house. It was very clean, neat and nicely decorated. It is also close to the areas we wanted to visit, downtown and the waterfront parks.

We did not enjoy our time staying at this property. the location is awful your on the corner of a busy road. our friends checked in before us, if i saw the condition of the house cleanliness i would of not stayed. the house was INFESTED with bugs. the garbage had been not taking out from their last guest. the garbage had throw up in it. also the dishwasher had throw up in it. we were not able to use the dishwasher the entire trip, the smell coming out of it was not bearable to smell. as well as the bug situation, the air conditioning was not working. i will say they got someone out to clean out the garbage and fix the garbage the next day. didn’t solve any of our bug situation. i asked the rental company for a refund on some of our stay due to the conditions. they came back with giving us 50 dollars off, i got them up to 100. i personally do not think that justifies what we went through. we were so about the house after seeing the pictures, very disappointed with the house and the management team.

House was very roomy and had many amenities we used. We did not like the location, corner lot on a busy street with construction noise each morning. Found grill dirty. Guests staying upstairs complained it was too hot. When we fixed the AC from the programming (set to go warmer in the middle of the night) it still did not entirely stop the problem. TV was difficult to figure out, even for the kids who are experts. Over all, a nice house but bad location for us.

This clean, well stocked house was a bundle of fun. I love that the bedrooms are all in separate areas of the home. The kitchen had everything we needed. The loft, with cute little beds, was a favorite feature for the kids. The one and only consideration is that there is a lot of traffic noise since it’s by a busy road…so if you’re sensitive to noise keep that in mind. Other than that, it was a perfect vacation home!

We were two couples with two children each all under the age of 6 (8 total people). The place was perfectly suited for our needs. Didn't feel small at all. The place is modern and in great shape. Would definitely return when in the area.
