The house was very spacious for big groups and had everything we needed. The Host and property management company were excellent in communication. Close walk to the beach. Beach is gorgeous, just very crowded for being a gated beach.

Pool was great however time of the year required for heat fee to be charged for a headed pool

This house is incredible! The layout is perfect with several different living areas so that the guests can spread out if desired (1st floor - main living room, outside “kitchen” area, pool deck; 2nd floor and 3rd floor - common areas; 4th floor - rooftop deck). The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need, including two dishwashers which came in very handy. Each floor has a small drink refrigerator. Every bedroom has a bathroom, eliminating the bottleneck of trying to get ready by taking turns in a shared bathrooms. The location is great. It is just a short walk to get to the beach. Although the Scenic Gulf Road can get very busy, cars always stopped to let pedestrians cross or for you to pull out of the street where the house is. From there it is a short block to a 4 way stop and you can tun to quickly get on 98, so traffic isn’t an issue like so many other places. Also it is a short walk to Pomano Joe’s restaurant if you want to go out without having to drive.I could go on and on listing the attributes of this house, but I’ll just stop here and say I highly recommend it. I will add that the rental agency was very responsive and helpful the few times I called them. Also a word of caution - I would NOT recommend renting this house or any other in the area if you are planning to hold a wild, drunken party. Walton County Sheriff’s Dept apparently takes that very seriously and we heard of a few evictions and arrests of minors holing house parties.

We had an amazing stay. A few minor issues and they were handled immediately. We would recommend this home to anyone wanting to have a great, convenient, and beautiful place to stay.
