We celebrated Thanksgiving there! The house was clean, comfortable, and within walking distance of some fun restaurants downtown. The owner was lovely and even left us a delicious apple pie! Highly recommend.

The property is nicely updated but retained so much of its original character, was very clean and well stocked, just like being in your own home. The location was convenient and our group of friends really enjoyed our stay, especially our morning coffee in the cute front porch.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay! The home was very spacious, nicely decorated and had everything needed! It truly felt like a "home away from home"!! Thank you sharing your gorgeous home with us!!

Our group consisted of 8 adults and an 8 month old! We come to Kentucky yearly to enjoy the distilleries. This home was perfect for us! It was clean, Melinda was easy to get ahold of if needed, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was complete! Bonus for us was that it is only 10 minutes to Buffalo Trace! We'll be back!

The stay was wonderful. The property was clean, everything in working order, and the property was plenty spacious. The beds were comfortable, the rooms private and the bathrooms in clean and perfectly good working order. The entrance was a bit tricky to find on our first time there, but the property itself was just as we expected. Multiple clean towels, rags, and everything needed for the bathroom. The kitchen was clean and plenty of glasses and plates to use. Great place and extremely comfortable.

What a great house for a family trip to the Bourbon Trail! Easy check-in and very responsive and proactive host. Centrally located to downtown Frankfort and just minutes from Buffalo Trace, Woodford Reserve, Castle and Key, and Whiskey Thief. Lots of space, clean, well furnished and comfortable. Highly recommend. 5 Stars.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful downtown home. It was within walking distance to many shops and restaurants but also in a quiet location. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed!

The home is lovely. Great location to downtown Frankfurt and surrounding area. Everything one could ask for an old charming home. Plenty of space, well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds!

This home had beautiful updates while still keeping the old feel. Very clean. Made us feel at home. The property manager had excellent communication and made sure everything was good with our stay.

This property is amazing! Perfect porch for sitting and relaxing and has a beautiful back patio with a fire pit. The house was updated yet gave historic house vibes. Seriously would recommend to anyone looking for a place near the distilleries for the bourbon tour, those looking for a relaxing getaway, or those interested in seeing historic Frankfort!

The house was beautiful and had plenty of space. We were in a pinch and needed last minute accommodations and the property manager was incredibly flexible and helpful! The location was ideal as we went to distilleries while in town. Definitely would stay again or recommend!!!

The location is amazing with just a 5 minute drive to Buffalo Trace. We could have walked to downtown restaurants had weather cooperated. It is a lovely old home that has been updated for guests. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The property was comfortable, spacious, and tastefully decorated. It was amply stocked with coffee, fluffy towels, and all the amenities of home. There was plenty of parking behind the house and a fire pit with chairs. The property is in an older neighborhood super close to the downtown and has lots of charm and character. Several distilleries are nearby! Our host was easy to reach by phone and very knowledgable about the area. It was a perfect place for weekend adventure in Bourbon Country. Loved it!
