The property is absolutely beautiful! The location is excellent. Communications with the property owner were easy and friendly. Booking was a breeze. If there was any constructive feedback to be given, the beds could probably use updating. The stay was not negatively impacted though. I would rent this property again without hesitation.

We had a wonderful stay. Sam was a great host and gave us a lot of fun recommendations for local restaurants and wine bars. The location to downtown can’t be beat. You can walk to everything. The home was cozy and the beds were really comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful, comfortable, well-appointed, pet-friendly home. Walking distance to downtown Nevada City. Easy communication with host/owner. Would definitely stay there again.

The downstairs shower was totally inoperable. There were neighbors places that gave directions on the very “tricky“ shower as far as the adjustment of hot water was concerned. We followed them to a tea and never was able to have continuous hot water for a shower. At the most, we were able to get About a minute and a half of hot water for a shower. Completely unacceptable for a BNB/VRBO stay. Other than that we enjoyed it except there was no microwave no TV and no modern amenities like that that we are used to.
