Views are the best on the island, all the staff where very helpful and so accommodating

Hotel has a nice island/ocean view but the charm goes away after a day. Bar music was cool. Staff was friendly except the morning lady at the reception. Afternoon staff, Vicky however, from reception will plan the whole Santorini trip for you. That helps A LOT! Trust me. Superb cleaning staff. Extremely helpful Baggage handlers like Luka. Momedu is friendly as well as Stella is from the property team. Beds are comfy. Washroom is well made & spacious with warm & cold water throughout the day. Sunbeds are enough for the daytime. A floor below is jacuzzi but only with cold water. Overall, the property‘s main attraction is the view. Rest all are pretty common throughout the world on any tropical areas.

Pool is super small. Cannot have 10 meters pool length with 2,5 lanes on a luxury hotel charging €240 per night - mid of August. Daytime, 2 couples enter the pool and it’s already too crowded for a 5th guest. Alban & Vicky are cool. The morning lady at the reception is not. She’s quite rude. Unbothered to answer. Will be the first to demotivate a tourist. Taxi from the port works at a flat rate of €45 for a short ride. Really should not be this expensive for a 20 minute ride. Monopoly is exploiting tourists unfortunately on this island. Bar prices are high here. Laundry washing a shirt alone is €8. In case one sends out a few pair of shorts and a few tshirts, a laundry bill comes upto €60 for 7-8 pieces of clothing which is not fair. Property is 2 floors down. To get out takes 15 mins after taking 2 lift rides. One must climb 50 steps each time to make it out of the property 2 floors above. To be taken into consideration by elder travellers.

Spa was very good and staff was good. Potters were very good. Views from room. Restaurants around Imerovigli very good. Mavros restaurant must visit.

The lady receptionist was rude, unfriendly and not at all guest welcoming. She has to learn to SMILE she is angry all the time even to other guests !! I travel round the world the first person a hotel guest meets in a hotel is the receptionist, first impression is last impression. The chair in the room broke maybe old furniture. Hotel needs to revise on old furniture.
