Spacious apartment. Very quiet. The only noise we heard was occasional noise from a restaurant nearby a couple of nights but it was over by about 10:30 so not an issue at all for us. Well equipped kitchen as far as dishes, cooking pots (no basics like salt and pepper, hand towel , dish towel etc.so you need to buy those if you plan to cook). Two groceries stores within a minute of the apartment. Most sites you would want to visit were within about a 20 minute walk. The apartment has a full bathroom plus a powder room. Initial supply of shampoo soap and dish detergent included. Comfortable beds and good towels. One toilet wasn’t working when we arrived but once we called to notify Joivy, it was repaired the same day. Support is available outside of regular business hours. Located a 15 -20 minute walk from Brignole station, making it convenient for travel to nearby towns.

The microwave is on a cart and the only outlet we could find where the plug would work is behind the stove so you had to move the cart, which also held the toaster, kettle etc. in front of the stove so not practical to use if you are cooking at the time. Maybe a sign suggesting where it can be plugged in would be helpful. The air conditioning units are located in the main bedroom and living room so the smaller bedroom got a bit stuffy, requiring the use of the fan provided. My final comment is not a reflection of my rating of the property but just and fyi for people who might walk from Brignole train station with their luggage. It would be helpful in your property description to note that there is an elevator near the arch that will take you up very close to the apartment. Google leads you to the stairs with about 80 steps up.

Az elhelyezkedés szuper volt, közel a város szívéhez, gyalog is megközelíthető minden. A lakásban tágasak voltak a terek. A szémélyzetből csak Nicola-al találkoztunk de ő mindenben készségesen segített még később is elérhető volt online.

Sajnos a tisztaság hagy némi kivetnivalót maga után. Takaró és ágyneműhuzat egy darab sem volt a szálláson, de ezt elkönyveltük helyi jellegzetességnek.

Posizione ottima e casa pulita. L'aria condizionata riusciva a tener fresca tutta la casa nonostante il caldo.

Avrei gradito trovare delle cialde per la macchinetta del caffè. Ne sono state lasciate alcune, ma non erano compatibili. I cuscini erano scomodi.
