Lovely open plan kitchen, dining living area . good for large group. Location in St Ives great
Needed extra shower for 8 people. Need some larger cooking casserole for 8 people. Coffee machine not working.Carpets grubby in 2 of bedrooms . Would be great if were informed if location of parking at top of town

The location was central to everything but as previously stated, the postcode didn't take us to the house.
The postcode did not take us to the house. The keybox was difficult to get open (needs to be replaced, I have the same keybox at home) and the keyring made it difficult to get the keys back into the box. We couldn't close the upstairs bathroom door as it got stuck. Both myself and one of my friends are allergic to animal hairs, we weren't aware before our stay that it was a dog friendly establishment (dogs on the settee). We both had to sit on hard chairs away from our friends.

Excellent location, very spacious communal areas access to private outdoor space, dog friendly, 2 x parking spaces a very short walk away and excellent communication from owner.
Small criticism,some areas of property in need of re decoration, outside shower area wasn’t used as rusty and dirty and a few people got stuck in the upstairs toilet due to poor sliding door

Great location
Not sure what Donna is paying for the cleaners but found chocolate rappers in between the sofa’s and dog hair’s on the sofa covers, the passage between the street doors and the accommodation needs to be mopped so the it doesn’t carry the dirt into the premises. Over all we had a great time and hope Donna all the best.
