Não acredite na pontuação de avaliação !!!! Péssima experiência. Atendimento muito ruim… local inseguro para ficar com a família. Desistimos de ficar no hotel após ver o quarto. Fomos para o Bourbon Central Park, que é um pouco mais caro, mas MUUUIIITTTOOO melhor !!! Não recomento.

Não tem estacionamento grátis , paga taxa de R$20,00.

Tudo, ótima localização, ambiente limpo e organizado, atendes super educados, o loft dispõe absolutamente de tudo mesmo pra uma ótima estadia!

Limpeza e espaço

Generally its a good place to stay. Easy to receive the keys of the apartment in the hotel around the corner. However, take into account the fact that you have to get the key and walk to the apartment outdoors. When we had to check out it was heavily raining. The apartment was clean.

Wifi not always worked. The planning of the apartment is weird, probably its designed to be an office. Its really big and has everything for a stay, but still doesn't really feel like an apartment. The next door there is a classroom (the apartments are inside of a building where there happen some kind of courses). For us it wasn't a problem, since we stayed on a weekend, nobody was there and we left early morning. Not sure how it would work on a week day, since the sound isolation is weak. At the morning when we left there was no electricity, so we had to leave without shower and packing with phone light.
