Need to check 1st the room before receive customer.Very bad about their aircond.
The room so hot bcoz the capacity aircond can't fit it.

Very clean and comfortable. My friends like it very much. The swimming pool is also beautiful. Many houses have sea views.

1. The property has a wide and good water park for kids. They were very entertained.
2. The property close to nearby attractions.
1. It is not as per picture and review. One of the review I read that the view is ocean either daytime or night. But actually its not. Additionally, it has no indoor games in the house as per picture. May be the picture was outdated, I am not so sure.
2. The property does not provide Kiblat direction for muslim. I think these days, that requirement is quite basic as guests are not only limited to non muslims but also muslims.
3. The directional signages for entrance and exits in the building to go up was quite confusing at first. The building maintenance need to improve.

Scammer
I deposit amount of RM200 in system and yet owner ask for another RM200 for deposit upon arrival at the facilities and only give keys to appartment once i've deposit the amount. Total deposit RM400 yet the owner only return RM200 once checkout. Nothing in the unit appear as advertised.

the view of city and sea together are nice especially at night, and what make i like this room, there has a bath tub inside the room so if you have a kid, they will love it.. this room suitable for couple and small families. the facilities good, the pool awesome especially kids pool.. so huge and my kid love it.. highly recommend.. will come again.. thank you

I am very happy with this place because it has very big space and it is very practical for a big family. The facilities are perfect. It has basic kitchen equipment, spacious living room, clean bedroom. Everything is taken well off. If i have to come to Melaka again, be it for family vacation or for work, i will definitely choose this place. 👍

I think the owner should not charge us rm70 for cleaning fees as I believe most of us won’t mess up the room until need rm70 to clean up. This make the room expensive to stay

Room was tidy and clean, very convenient to travel around, near jonker street, kids having fun with swimming pool & playground.
The bathroom was not occupied with cloth hanger, host should solve on this problem, video game was unable to play as controller not functioning well.

Spacious, clean and comfortable.
There is a washing machine which is great but no hanging rack to dry your clothes.
The ad was misleading offering 2 bedroom apartment left which I thought was perfect. Turned out it was only a one bedroom apartment. Sad to see my mother and sister had to sleep in the lounge room on the sofa and floor, because dad and uncle had the bedroom.

We are definitely more than satisfied with our stay at this property. The unit we stayed were well cleaned, nice and comfortable. Very easy to get food within the location, parking inside the building was easy too. Check in and out very quick and easy. Would definitely be coming back again.
And the host is very friendly, promptly replied to all our messages.
Really nothing that we didn't like.

Didn’t have microwaves to warmth the food, no new cutlery (for muslim friendly) & 3 in 1 coffee/tea for customer.

Location
Service only available due to cleaner works from 11am to 3pm. Information given not complete. Eg, start/end of pool time usage. Checkout unable to do early because unable to contact host, did not reply to Whatsapp or call, and also because cleaner not able to come in early so unable to check out. Ask for change of towels due to usage at pool was told that actually not supposed to because it's not a hotel.

- pool for children and adults seperated
- Many utilities (like iron, hairdryer, console for video games)
- kitchen has everything you need (including water cooker, coffee machine)
- only 10 minutes from main attractions by car/ grab
- no fry pan in the kitchen
- room could have been cleaner
- no critic, but you should keep in mind that you are not allowed to wear a normal bikini in the pool (Western standard) but need to cover more
- too few deck chairs, and because of wearing a long swimsuit, it is not the type of vacation to get a nice tan
