The fact that the bed was broken and we couldn’t get sleep . Had to checkout early instead of sleeping in bc our neck and body were sore from trying to make the room work . Can’t talk to a manager due to the fact that there wasn’t one working there till days later .

Neueres Home2Suite. Saubere Unterkunft mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen und kleiner Küchenzeile. Hotel ist perfekt, wenn sie dem Trubel anderer Hilton-Hotel entgehen wollen. Gute Wahl für Aufenthalte abseits des Strips bzw. Zum Besuch des Red Rock Canyons.

Lobby Bathroom, window curtains, beds, shower, cubbies on wall, hanging toiletries on wall.
Pillows were worst I’ve seen and used. At least offer a firm choice if there’s 4 pillows on the bed. The tv is a little small for how big the room is and how far from the bed they are.

location is great for south summerlin
The rooms are really expensive. Even midweek was 325/night! Could easily have stayed at Red Rock casino or Durango for that price. And the water pressure was appalling in the shower.

It’s was a wonderful stay. It was quiet and the breakfast was a nice touch. The floors weren’t clean in the room. Once I called to have them cleaned they did almost immediately. The door to the restroom came off the hinges. So I called and that took a while longer. Overall the stay was short. I would have loved to stay longer.

The cleanliness and great employees. The breakfast was really good.
What I did not like was that the room was not vacuumed or mopped and it had no toilet paper. disappointed in that only. I Can let it pass this time

Cleanliness was not up to par, staff wasn’t available for questions or help and price for one night was extremely high for the hotel
