Evan and Charlie are incredibly warm and attentive hosts. Stay was excellent with dogs with plenty of local walks across the cliffs and onto the beach. Flat is excellent and had everything you need. Everything was clean and kitted out, even left out some treats for both dogs and humans. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

The location is quiet, scenic and close to Brighton, stunning sunsets, the cleanliness of the property and the basket of treats for us on arrival was a nice touch. Taken lots of photos including the big sky full of stars. Also loved the walk in shower, unlike other places we've stayed you didn't need a degree in plumbing to use it.
Only minor quibble was the small fridge located on floor not great for arthritis sufferer or anyone with mobility issues.

The property was exceptional. So cleverly thought out. It was an annexe off the main property but had everything you could possibly need. Bifold doors overlooking the sea and even an outside area to relax in if the weather was good. The annexe had a fridge and microwave as well as plates, bowls, glasses and cutlery and we even had a pint of milk and some fruit and biscuits to welcome us. Free parking outside the property was an added bonus
There wasn’t anything to dislike.
Check out was 10 am which didn’t give us a lot of time for departure , however check in was 2pm which very good a
